  • Chicken
  • Cauliflower
  • Bacon
  • Egg
  • Peas
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Step 1
  • Grate cauliflower using the larger grate hole on a cheese grater.
    Press dry in towelette paper to remove any excess liquid
Step 2
  • Chop bacon into squares
Step 3
  • Add peas to bacon
Step 4
  • In separate pan, scramble egg and add salt and pepper to taste
Step 5
  • Remove contents of first pan, without washing (to keep flavour), add butter and once melted add cauliflower and allow to cook for 5 minutes
    Add in peas, egg and bacon; and toss until mixed through
Step 6
  • Add in peas, egg and bacon; and toss until mixed through
