Tasty Lamb Meatballs


Step by Step Instructions

  • Lamb mince
  • Carrot
  • Feta
  • Lamb Herbs
  • Rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter

  • Green Beans 3½
  • Sweet Potato 4

Add 7.5 points to total

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
  • Melt butter in pan, add chicken and sprinkle with oregano
Step 2
  • Combine mince, carrot, feta, herbs and salt. 
    Mix together and roll into balls (I like making them smaller so I feel like I get more!)
Step 3
  • Melt butter into pan and add meatballs.
    Cook on low heat on either side for 3-5 minutes
Step 4
  • Chop up beans and sweet potato, partly steam them so they’re almost cooked through
Step 5
  • Remove meatballs from pan
Step 6
  • Toss veggies onto pan to pick up flavour of the meatballs
