I had a huge salad for lunch and did a session at the gym – I guess this means I’m now fit and healthy!

It doesn’t quite work like that way does it? Same applies for this weekends’ blow out or Christmas party food catastrophe.

A bad moment, day, weekend isn’t going to pile all your kilos back, or make your clothes 2 sizes 2 small.

Just like getting fit and healthy requires consistent effort, so too does getting fat. It’s what you do, every day that counts.

At this time of year especially, remember that a bad moment doesn’t have to be a complete derailment.

Refocus and regroup – get back on track and continue on towards your goals.
